When you sign your lease, your leasing agent will provide you with your Resident’s Manual, the login to your tenant portal, and an Inventory and Condition form for you to complete.
Please return the Inventory & Condition Form via email or fax within 3-5 days of your move in date, including photographic verification of any items noted on the form. Please note that if a photo is not received for the documented item, the notation will be marked as invalid.
Also note that completion of this form does not constitute a maintenance request. For timely scheduling, please submit any repair requests separately to our Maintenance Department by calling 972-233-1888, option 3, or submitting the request through your Tenant Portal.
