Rental Property Maintenance and ManagementShirley has worked in the real estate industry for over 10 years, with experience in sales, leasing, and property assessment. She is responsible for the maintenance functions at Specialized, including property assessments and make-readies, tenant generated work requests, vendor estimates and invoices, owner communication, and deposit dispositions. Shirley has the ability to see the big picture when it comes to maintenance, thus increasing long-term profitability of rental property for our clients.

With over ten years as Texas Realtor, she has extensive experience in property management. Ms. Hobbs has received multiple designations throughout her real estate career, including Accredited Buyers Representative, Short Sales and Foreclosures, Texas Affordable Housing, Luxury Home Representative. As a retired Dallas Police Officer, Shirley had extensive experience with the public and problem resolution prior to beginning her real estate career.

Shirley enjoys genealogy and antique shopping. She has a BA in Criminal Justice, and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Management from Columbia Southern University.
