Stephanie Wells is the Leasing Coordinator for Specialized Property Management, and has been with the company since 2014.  She has over four years of experience in lease signing/renewals. Ms. Wells is primarily responsible for generating and signing new leases with tenants, generating renewal offers, and paperwork to secure longer term tenants.   In addition, she coordinates and processes move-out notices and key surrender.   Prior to joining the company, Ms. Wells worked as Salon Coordinator for an upscale salon & day spa specializing in leasing suites to independent professionals.

Ms. Wells received her training from over three years of industry experience.  In addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Agent, she is also a Notary Public.   In her spare time, she enjoys reading as well as writing books.  She also spends as much time as possible with her family.  Ms. Wells is also involved in her community, and volunteers regularly for the free Bible education work and volunteer construction projects for her church.  She additionally supports local breast cancer awareness races.
